The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Robotics AI Competition. This includes communicating with participants, assigning teams, and providing necessary updates related to the competition.
We retain participant data for a period of no more than three (3) months following the conclusion of the competition. After this period, all personal information is securely deleted from our records.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties. Your data is kept strictly confidential and is only used internally for the purposes outlined above.
